CA bank account problem

I have a canadian PP that has to be verified and it's limits lifted. For that I need a canadian bank account and a vcc (for lifting the limits). The part with vcc is done, but I don't know where to get or how to do to attach a canadian bank account.

Any sugestions?

I'm outside USA, CA. I'm from EU.

I think you can add a US bank acct, I've done that with my CAD paypal acct.
