Serious help needed, cannot send money from PP and cannot pass phone verification
 

Hi guys,
So i have a stealth PP account that i have been really really struggling with!

First of all some details on the paypal account
- US Based
- Fully verified with SSN, VBA and VCC
- some minor changes were done like 2-3 months ago like email/phone #
- Account is active since 2008

I have about $600 in my account from freelance work, and whenever i try to send the money to another PP or do any purchases with it, i keep getting the dreadful "We cannot send your payment right now". I tried waiting a day and two, heck even a couple of weeks... but nothing worked

I tried one trick to change the browser's agent to iphone/android... then i got "We don't recognize the device you're using. To continue with your transaction, please verify your account"... however for text verification, none of my registered (and verified) numbers appear and it asks me to add a new number. But when i do that it says "This number doesnt appear to be registered under your name"

I'm using hushed and textnow numbers, both got the pin from paypal and got verified.... is it possible that PP doesn't like the telephone numbers?

P.S. I also tried downloading the PP app on bluestacks and it also didnt work, kept saying the payment has been declined.

Hello,

I know nothing about the "We can't send your payment right now" but a thought popped into my mind but I need more information from you.

1 - Do you have a non-stealth paypal and ebay account?
2 - Can you still buy items off ebay with your stealth ebay and paypal account?

So it could be as easy as you list an item with your non-stealth account and buy it with your stealth account and then ship an empty envelope with delivery confirmation

Of course if I thought of that you probably thought of that and for some reason that wont work but I figured I'd give it a go!

I've thought of that and i'm keeping it as my last resort because i will have to pay Ebay/PP fees, plus it's not a permanent solution

Any ideas anyone? Still need to get the (much needed) cash out of my stealth PP.

After a 4 days break, i cleared the cookies, massaged my browser, tried to withdraw $5 but got the same message
