Paypal security check issue
 

So heres the deal as i log into my ebay stealth account which is about a month of next cleared my cookies at all mind you to checkout on items on ebay i get a error message "we dont recognize the device" so i click on send pin by text and phone its saying it doesnt recognize my number on file,which is bs because its the same number thats been registered with the account so i dont understand what paypal is trying to pull??? Any insight to getting this issue resolved

I would leave it for a day or so and try again, these things often disappear.

curious if i tried to withdraw the funds to my bank account would it give me that same message i'm thinking i should add a bank account
