Form 1099-K - HELP
 

Hello, Aspkin so I'm a 16 year old ebay stealth user and anyway I have been selling on eBay sense about June 20th and its been about 2 months and I have gotten a total of 122 orders and I sell things for about 1595.45 in items and I woke up today and saw that I have this on my account.

Anyway 200-122=78 more sales and I'm way under the 20,000 mark


so if I do nothing and stay under that 200 sales threshold and well under that 20k mark

will I not get limited and have all that ****ing money held?

They wont hold you money, they will make it so you can not collect any more.

Start opening more accounts and spread your sales.

hi yankee, i had a question as i am approaching 100 sales myself. lets say i get that same message as him, can you hit cancel and not provide the ssn/ein and wait till the next year to sell or do they limit it right then and there when you get that message?

If you get to close to the limits and do not provide and Tax ID in previous years they lock you account from receiving payments and closing the account.

If you plan on selling stealth you need to start making more and more accounts.
