Question about VBA
 
If I was to use a VBA to verify my account in the start and then when I want to withdraw add a Capital One 360 account would that be fine or would the account be limited?

As long as you add a good bank account it should be fine.
Capital 360is NOT a good account and WILL lead to a limitation.
Do your research about which accounts are safe for stealth.

Fair, wanted to know if it could be using at any point on the account.

I suppose not, will keep researching new accounts!
