Yes, use different EINs for each PayPal account. You should be able to get virtually unlimited different ones for free so long as you file for them all at the end of the year.

You're only allowed one EIN for each SSN.

More than one EIN's means you're getting them through establishing LLC's or S-Corps

Yes. Easily can get 365 a year. Keep in mind that each one can have hundreds to some states being thousands of dollars to register with a state.

Best to only add them to accounts you expect to last years.
