Help Me My PayPal limited

I have my PayPal verified by a virtual credit card ( no withdrawal option ).
and my account has been limited the only option i can do to get my money is to withdraw to a credit card or a bank account
i have friends who got bank account but they already linked their account to their PayPal can i get their bank account to withdraw
PS:My PayPal is business and using a corp name this corp doesn't exist
