Stealth US Paypal debit card
 

I am planning to have us stealth paypal account and order "paypal debit card" to my package forwarding address and use in turkey. May it work to withdraw here guys.

Is that necessary? Have you thought of making a non USA paypal and withdrawing to card perhaps?

I think you need a SSN to order a PayPal debit card.

Yes to get a PayPal Debit card for US paypal u need to give your SS#, and an EIN can not substitute for the SS

They may have, but in order to apply for a paypal debit card in the US you must give your SS#.

Wont work.
Even if you do steal someones identity to get it done (and make no mistake about it - using someones SSN to get it is identity theft) youll still be using it in Turkey. A US debit card being used in Turkey more than once or twice (if its even allowed to be used that many times) will get instantly limited.
Dont treat paypal like morons. They didn't get to where they are by being stupid and they'll see right through what youre trying to do.

But if somebody travel to turkey for holiday and used there for a month then i dont think that problem can arise
my friend is using like that in greece

A month is very different to forever

Besides which that point is moot. It's just not possible to get the card in the first place

You have a few options:
1. Get a USA Bank Account
2. Try to transfer from the USA account to your PayPal Account - if not done right, you will eventually kill the PayPal.

Yeah second one so risky and first is impossible (for foreigners) = no way

Have you researched banks in your own country to se if any of them do offer US bank accounts? almost all the major banks have business branches in the US which hey can use to offer you a US based bank account.
Also, HSBC does business in most countries of the world - although I do not know if Turkey is one of them so you can check that - and I know that they can offer you a US based bank account. Couldn't hurt to look into it.

Payoneer does not work for US accounts and I hear is being problematic for other countries as well.

Create another PayPal account in the EU in like Italy for say, add a prepaid card to the account send funds from US paypal to italy and withdraw onto card?
prepaid card can be from any country
