Paypal for sending money?

I need to make a payment to my far east friends for some product but I'd like to use Paypal for security reasons... bank transfers to China just give me chills up my spine...i have several stealth accounts but with little money in them...i need to send 3k...if I fund a paypal account with money from my bank account will I be limited?...i can't afford to get 3k frozen for months just cause paypal feels like it. Thx:noidea:

Attach a credit card to paypal and pay that way.
