Please I need some monetary advice

Hi guys!

Can anyone guide me or tell me how I can send my paypal funds to my perfect money account?
I want to buy some bitcoins and my only means of payment is paypal and credit cards but virwox is damn to expensive and others that accept credit card are also expensive.
Coinbase and circle is not an option but and no one accepts paypal because of chargebacks!
