First time I saw this... Verify new acct, and first $1,000 is immed. avail.
 

This is the first I ever saw it, but maybe it's not new, maybe it's just the result of the way I set up my account?

I got an email after the first few sales on a new account (that popped up with high limits) that says my payments will be held, 21 yada yada.... but if I verify some info, the first $1,000 I take in each month will be available immediately.

Do you think they are slowly moving to a delayed-payment-available format for everyone, or do you think this is an option to keep new sellers interested by removing some of the interest-killing payment delay?

I've always wondered if the instantly-available funds (even with a proven track record) would disapear at some point as a risk management move.

Yep... I got high limits, listed one thing, another 3 later that day, when the first 2 ended, this email came in from PP to my email box. So this is new?
