Issues adding account

I am trying to set up a stealth paypal, I am having trouble adding my walmartmoney card account numbers. after adding it asks me to verify my phone number which I do. It does it successfully but send me to a error page after and the account numbers aren't added. I am doing this while connected to a vpn and using vmware. Do you think any of these are a factor ? can anyone tell me whats going on?

A few things,
1. Walmart Money is probably not going to work, PayPal has blocked metabank from being added to PayPal.

2. If it does allow you to add that Walmart Money, it won't work with mismatch name deposits.

There will be some prepaids that still work here and there but sticking to a real bank account is just a lot easier

BofA, Chase and Wells have worked extremely well for me here in the states
