Need Help: Paypal Newbie

To ALL: :cb:

I need your help regarding my paypal account. I'm from Philippines and I'm having a hard time figuring out the possible ways on how I can withdraw my funds in my Paypal account.

What I need:

List of Banks in the Philippines (with bank codes) that will allow me to link my Paypal account.
What are the ways on how to withdraw my funds at Paypal account? (I don't have a personal bank account or credit card yet)

Try it at big bank in Philippines

PayPal support Philippines withdraw to local or US bank account and other way to get cash in your PayPal account is withdraw to Credit/Debit visa card.

not sure about this, but would a virtual credit card work ? something like entropay ?

yup entropay virtual visa card can withdraw PayPal fund.
