Nope seen this many of times .. Its just the 21 day deal for new accounts .. upload tracking helps release funds sooner after 90 days and handful of sales it will revert to the 24 hr release like typical ..

yes I know there is about 21 days held but awlays I get diffirent email now I got this form I think it's new never has same

Its the same thing they have just updated the verbage. PP has been doing a few things like this lately, seen a lot of small changes with emails and other areas, not a big deal though, just a different way of saying the same thing.

The email you got is pretty normal, notifying you that 21 day hold is taking place.

Maybe your loophole is dead.

there is one way not get 21 days if you use Paypal without ebay still working on this but then get 21 days for all account is ****.. When only payment I know how it remove it in few moment I hope PayPal not change it...

I just wanted to update this post. After chatting with this guy, he's clearly lying about there being a "method around the 21 day hold" for non-ebay payments. Can we get these lies removed?
