If it's linking then how do i pay my expenses now? have to be paid by paypal

Same subscriptions MIGHT link the new pp to old pp but pp CAN be lenient on buyer accounts. As long as you don't sell or receive money...

it is seller account.
for example i am subscriber on a website where i need to pay monthly fee, can change my paypal account on the subscription website? Is that linking my accounts?
