Paypal payment received but money not in my account?
 

I received a $360 payment from a US buyer today. Nothing was showing on my account so he resent it. Now there are 2 payments of $360 showing as completed yet my balance is still zero?
Also, I usually get payment confirmation sent to my phone via the app but nothing appeared and no payment received email has been sent to my email address?

Has anyone ever had this before?
I receive payments from USA all the time so I cant see it being anything to do with that.
I can understand if it said pending, but its the completed part thats annoying me

Is it showing in the pending balance ? this a new pp account?

There must be something wrong going on with PayPal because the same thing you are describing has happened to me with 3 payments I received.

I got the eBay email saying my item was sold and then I checked it on my laptop and it was showing as paid and ok to send... However I couldnt see it on my PayPal account. I eventually got it like 45 mins after, and the other one took 1:30 to go through.

Ive had the account for a few years. Not pending, says completed

That was my inmediate thought but no... The sales are made and the money is through so I guess its just their system... eBay shows item status as sold and paid but then when I checked my email or my PayPal account the payment wasnt there.

But as I said, it came through eventually.

I have this same issue now with 2 or 3 of my accounts.


What do you mean with 1/4 went through? 1 out of 4? What about the other 3?

The other three cleared today, and I got a notification through PayPal today, I'm not sure I think it's a bug in their system

Yep defo a PayPal bug. Paypal is littered with bugs... even in the top offices ;)

This glitch has been addressed in ebays announcements page.

PayPal payments issue resolved, affected sellers will be protected

Sellers: your transaction will not be counted as shipped late and your eBay seller performance will not be impacted by a late shipment related to one of these transactions.

Paypal is known for glitches - hopefully it will pass.

Yes sometime this happen to me also
payment show after couple of hours
is there is a glitch?
