PayPal question ( tracking and another info)
 

Hello,

Last one month I has many problems with PayPal steatlh account
for ex:
PayPal not allow send money to my clients in my PayPal account
I think they flagged my account.
What info PayPal tracking: VCC, Mail, phone, ip, cookie,name? or what ? Country?
Now I'm try use vcc from another supplier I hope it's work if not try create new acc with new Vcc.
if not work I planing change country.. what best for stealth?
Any idea ?

Yes they track all of those things, and all have a bearing on your account. The fresher the info with no links and what not, the better.

they not linked all my account but many bugs on account can't received payment and another bugs

their ****ing security system do like that

Are trying to send money from your PayPal balance, or amount will be debited from the Credit Card?

What's the exact error you are getting when you are not allowed to send payments?

many clients send money from US in my PayPal Lithuanian account..
many try send credit card when use balance it's work.
error code is : we can't send your payment right now typical error..

Why their system stop the payment like that
whenever i also try to send money they required to wait 72 hour before send
why like taht
