Withdraw from stealth Paypal to Bitcoins

I have a stealth U.S eBay, Paypal account. I am not a U.S citizen. So i guess there's no way I can withdraw to bank account. Now I have balance in my Paypal and I thought of withdrawing it as Bitcoins. But wherever I searched Paypal to Bitcoin, they are asking for ID verification and also to hold the ID and send a self photo. Since its a stealth account I won't be able to do that.

Can someone suggest me how or where I can exchange my currency. Or is there any other method to withdraw for non U.S citizens.

Essentially if they allow PayPal to Bitcoins without ID, your PP will be stolen in matter of days and all your funds exchanged. It would be a carders paradise.

I can show you how to exchange PP to BTC without any docs / info but you would need to have a PP account registered in Latvia, Italia or Malta, with US no chance.

Use virwox.com, they allow limited number of pp exchanges into BTC at an awful rate. But still, it works.

Your best bet is to get fake documents, which aren't that expensive.

It's totally simple and i don't see any upcoming issues to do that..
Just purchase bitcoin VCC, withdraw to it and exchange this funds to bitcoin..

Its PayPal that have an issue with it

They need you to phone to add the card and then phone to make the withdrawal and even after that has been done they will still sometimes limit the PayPal account
