Reverse Transfer / European Personal Account Fully Verified
 

Hello guys!

I have a PayPal personal account in Portugal fully verified (Phone Number, Photo, CC, Bank Account, Address and Lifted) and normally I receive transfers from other accounts with a total value of 10.000 euros per month. These transfers comes from services I do for my clients like property management, cleaning, taxes, bills and etc.

Let's imagine this situation: one of my clients transfer 2000€ to my account and then I transfer that money to my bank account, it's possible to PayPal reverse that payment from my bank account to my PayPal account again and then transfer back to my client? Sometimes for unknown reasons my clients get their accounts limited so I'm afraid that I can be penalized by their mistakes! Also I checked in my account where it says "Preapproved Payments" and only shows my Debit Card but still I'm worried that they can withdraw from this card.

Last question, does PayPal have permission in Europe/Portugal to withdraw money from your bank account without your authorization? Because of chargebacks or other reasons...

I do not know what will others say about this particular scenario you are describing.

But to be honest it all does sound very fishy... :smash:

In order to prevent PayPal from debiting funds from your bank account you shouldn't be accepting the authorisation of Direct Debit, so if you have already accepted the authorisation you can always cancel it.

as for i know paypal will limit or worst will close your account , i never heard paypal pull back their funds so far :)

They can charge your bank account. But if you disable Direct Debit on your acc, they would probably limit your account after taking fees would fail.

They won't be able to charge your bank unless you give them the authorization. If you've done so, cancel it asap.

All this notwithstanding, I suggest you to not do any carding. It's absolutely black hat and eventually you will be traced and caught, no matter how well designed is your strategy. If it's not what I think it is then up to you, but all shady black hat systems generally fail quickly.
