I guess now ill have to rely on banks like PNC, BBT, Bank Of America ect?

So it will work if all of the name, info and ssn are linked together? Plus the account has been verified on PayPal in the past

PayPal has blocked Metabank and BanCorp so PayPal may not even let you add the bank info....stick to real bank accounts people, make your life easier.
