Payoner can hardly be attached to PayPal since more than one year now. It depends on the country but it doesn't work for most of them.

For sure it doesn't like mismatched names. Slightly different name could work but completeluy different name might be an issue.

Payoneer doesn't like mismatching names, although yu may get away with it once or twice.

I can almost hear "Othmane" bashing away on his keyboard right now......

Hi, I read some resources which teach us how to add payoneer to paypal with some tricks. The resource was posted on Nov-2015.

They don't. 1-2 times it may work, but then your account will be limited, and you will have to explain why it is like that. And if you fail, forget about your money. And of course, if you explain nicely, they will unlock it, but still no mismatched names will be allowed from that moment.
