New UK Paypal got Limited. Asking me for ID and Bank Account. HELP!

My almost one week UK paypal is limited. It was a stealth account. They are asking me to confirm bank and ID verification. I don't know what to do. Is there anyway I could buy both of them?

Please help me.

You would need your own UK bank account for that

Its not possible to buy something like that

There is no such thing as a VBA in the UK

You need a real bank account
