PayPal just ****ed my ass
 

I called PayPal because I wanted my PayPal's limit lifted, and they told me they will never lift it.

I asked what deemed my account as "suspicious" or not following PayPals guidelines, and the PayPal employee said the information was confidential, and I would have to obtain a subpoena if I needed to know.

(This was a fresh PayPal under my real name w/ my real social etc. *I have had paypals in the past when I was like 13/14, but I dont see why that matters.)

In the past week I had two other PayPals limited, both with about $1000 in them.

Theres is absolutely no way I see myself having a PayPal ever again sadly.

I cannot have a stealth because I do over 200+ transactions a month.

Does anyone have any advice at all?

For starters paypal will NEVER reveal the reason why they burned your account. Why? because then you can work around it jumping through their hoops.

Were your paypals in the past under your name? Did they get burned? If so that is the reason why. Your current paypal under your real name must of been linked to your old accounts and if your old accounts were burned then this one would be too.

I see that you are new to the forum? If that is so then you now must understand that making a new account under your real info is no longer feasible and you must use the art of Paypal and ebay stealth.

Since i'm a member of this forum it would probably be best if i promote askpin's book of ebay stealth which you can find a link to all over the place. This is a good place to start to learn about stealth or refresh yourself if you use to use it. Another good read is ebay incognito, you can find it buy typing it in on google. it should be on slideshare.

One of the main reasons that people get burned is because of your IP address, cookies, and flash cookies. Ebay/Paypal (as they are no one entity) uses these to track and verify information

For example: if you use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address in new york but your Ip shows you are in california that will raise a red flag. You must not only clear cookies but also flash cookies. People forget to clear flash cookies which is also a biggie.

Another possible reason that your account might have been burned is because of your credit card. if your credit card is not in the same zip its another red flag.

Another thing to take into account is bank account. Paypal cant see address information on your bank but you have to remember that when they use micro deposits to verify that your account is real, they reverse it and they can see on the ACH who the owner is. thats not as big an issue but i would not risk using a stealth name thats been used before. You can however use a variation or alias of your name

John Bay (etc) that way when they reverse the micro deposit it looks like a simple spelling mistake if an actual rep is looking into your account.

so to recap your best course of action: Make a stealth account.

Stealth Name(variation of your real name)
Stealth address(do not use your real address, use an address in the area of your zip for IP reasons)
CC (you can use a gift card but lately those have been hit and miss, search the forum. you must also have $1.95 on their because they take that and put it into your pp)
BA(you can use your real bank account, you have to use your real info and SSN, no real way to get around this)
New IP address
clear cookies
clear flash cookies
new email address (preferably google)
new phone number (you can use google voice)

Just buy an account from the forum, make a new user account on your PC, and find a way to get a new IP. There isn't much more to it than that.

I accept thousands of payments per month all on stealth business accounts. Once you add a Tax ID (in the form of an EIN rather than your SSN) you're good to go!

I just applied for a EIN Tax ID. Holy **** I hope this works. I will make a 100% stealth PayPal, and apply my EIN to that(if I get it)

It will work, don't worry. Tons of forum members run their accounts this way, including myself.

Generally on a stealth account you want to avoid adding an EIN until Paypal starts requesting your Tax ID. That way if something happens and the Paypal/Ebay account die before you hit the 200/$20,000 threshold, you haven't wasted a perfectly good EIN.

On a side note - if you did the application properly you should have been given your EIN immediately after you finished. Did you get an error message on IRS.gov?

You pretty much answered your own question here. You can't go full throttle on new accounts (stealth or not) like what you used to do with your real account. You MUST start slow again and build trust from there or else you'll face limitation either way.
