Your PayPal email address was not found.
 

Every time I try to list an item on my eBay account I keep getting this message "Your PayPal email address was not found.". My email has been confirmed on my PayPal account, set as an automatic payment method on my eBay account, and both of the emails are matching. I even linked another email address to the account to see if that would work, denied! Is this a glitch and how do I fix it?

This is a brand new 3 day old account.

Now its also saying this:

Looks like there isn't an active PayPal account for the email address you entered. If your item sells, you won't get the buyer's payment.
Check the email address you entered:
If you mistyped it, update it now.
If you need to set up a new PayPal account with this email address, you can do it after you finish your listing.

try to log out of ebay and log back in

also there is a delay on receiving paypal email verification, when you try to verify your email address!!!

Yeah, It has been taking anywhere from an hour to 10 hours to receive the email.
