well, you started this thread like a troll.

now you say you can't respond because you are 3rd shift. does this mean you just got to work and are using your work computer or you just got off work and are using your home computer? if you are #1, then you are useless.

I am saying none of those things. Only that I was asleep when the replies came in then went to work now I am at lunch. Not on a work computer

The logic behind the first line of your reply is flawed. I did reply, obviously.

I take most of the advice I read about here with a grain of salt anyway. A lot of the stuff said here is purely speculation without any evidence to back it up. It's best to learn from your own experiences I guess!

Since you're here though, what kind of work do you do for Paypal? Are you able to explain why on one of my accounts I have $500 in payments received in July which are still pending?

There could be a ton of different reasons. Message me for specifics

Me I just spoke to plenty of employees over the years and with quite a few of them for long enough to get them to admit it outright. This included both regular reps and their supervisors who took over the conversation at my request. Many of these conversations were done with the specific purpose of confirming what I suspected at the time and now know for a fact - paypal costumer service reps know NOTHING of how the system works and barely have any tools to actually resolve issues unless the fully automated system allows them to do so.

What this means is that a bunch of monkeys could do the same job as them and probably with much better effectiveness.

I again say - youre full of crap and need to stop making claims and wasting people's time.

I respect your opinion. You do not have to read my posts.

Oh I know I dont have to read but I prefer to keep track of people who are time wasters and can become a detriment to this forum.
That would be YOU.
Stop making claims you cannot substantiate and stop wasting people's time.

I disagree. 100% and have yet to see your "factual evidence" I am prepared to share my employee ID as previously stated. I'm not here for a pissing contest and I don't care what your opinion is of me think what you want I am here to help.

The purpose of this thread was to help nothing more. I know the situations are tricky and confusing. Not trying to start a pissing contest, or enter into any negative back-and-forth if you have questions I'm here to help in anyway I can.

Re: Ask a PP Employee!!!

Well there are plenty of threads for you to respond to and enlighten us all.
How about solving simple problems like those pesky error messages people are getting when trying to send payments?
Let me guess - you got knowledge in that.

I do not work in IT

LOL!!!
IT? payments not going through belongs to the IT department?
Ya. Youre just a fountain of knowledge.

Re: Ask a PP Employee!!!

OP, just know that you are not the first person to claim to have mystical inside knowledge here on this forum. that is why you will face a lot of apprehension until you actually prove otherwise. why you are offering your employee ID is beyond me. not only is that utterly useless to any of us here, but if you actually do work for them, then you can't seriously be dumb enough to expose yourself.

These "PayPal employees" pop up on different internet marketing forums once in a while. Yet to see any real one.

*Clarification: UPDATE *

Original post was not intended to be hostile but to help with questions regarding restricted aaccounts.
Not: Website errors, hiccups, try again messages etc. as this is not my arena.
Reviewing threads before posting I saw countless post about limitation questions without any clear answers and I wanted to help.
I do not care if you believe me, I think I'm in trouble or elsewise I'm not here to start pissing contest or prove myself if you don't want any help cool but being aggressive is not appreciated, and will be ignored. Thanks

You probably should focus on facts you have to contribute and not develop the view that you're here to argue.

So far you've offered none of the help you claim to want to offer. Get started or stop posting.

Happy to oblige haven't received one single limitation question yet

You said that you read a lot of false information about limitations: can you give us an example?

Absolutely! I have seen in threads advice regarding IP's, and that it is a good idea to change IP's regularly: this is a very bad idea. Furthermore I can tell you for fact proxies will cause more problems than using the same device over and over. Proxy servers can also have your account closed down permanently because it's against the user agreement.
