PayPal is acting up. 100% verified now says 60% no phone or email

Since they updated the look of paypal its glitching. I went from being 100% verified to 60% It said I hadn't verified my email or phone. After clicking around a while hitting different pages, refreshing a few times, and considering verifying email and phone again, it went back to 100% with my email and phone showing back up in my profile.

Theyre probably updating the system and doing maintenance.
That's when the system and profiles of users are most prone to this sort of glitch.
No reason to panic. Give it some time and things will get fixed back to normal on their own.
