I received a payment in My new PayPal stealth via friend/family , left the payment for 48hrs and was able to buy something online which was the second ever transaction on this new account . Now, I have tried to send money to my other account so I can withdraw the funds when it gets there but I have been getting this error message anytime I want to send money "sorry we can't process your payment right now, please contact PayPal" . I have tried everything, different browser , change of ip and also tried buying something off eBay but still getting this message . I read somewhere trying on classic mode will solve it but it's still not working though I haven't added a bank account yet , just added my credit card and waiting to get the 4 digit code for verification. I am quietly hoping this works ...
Does anyone know why this is happening , considering I was able to use the funds on there before? Please help !! |
