Is BB&T Bank still good for pp deposits if you have a different name on your pp?

US PP allow to link and withdraw to bank accounts with different name with PP

Yes PP will allow this, but some banks do not allow transfers with mismatched names, which is what the OP is asking.
@OP - never used that bank personally, if you do report back and let us know how it goes

Can say from experience that if the bank bbt decides to close your account they DONT want to let go of the money .. Said its not my money .. did finally get them to return most of it back to pp still holding on to some and yet every month they take their monthly fee outta the balance up in the air .. Almost seems illegal way they acted

I had my personal accounts close with them for mismatch deposits. I would be careful, it was flagged as fraud and put a negative on my chexsystems score. The transfers weren't very large either, no more than $200 at a time. This was about a year and half ago.

US Bank, BOA, local banks have worked well for me.

So i guess dont use BBT bank anymore, only chase, wells, boa?

There are only a handful of banks which are known to have a problem with mismatched deposits, with BB&T being one of them.

Chase, Wells Fargo, and BoA all work fine. Personally though I like to avoid large banks because they have the most advanced fraud detection systems. BoA closed my accounts last year because they suspected fraud. I wasn't leaving enough money in my accounts with them. Since then I've transitioned to mostly small local credit unions and haven't had any problems. They welcome my business, haven't asked any questions about my account activity, and pay MUCH better interest rates than any banks.

Yes BB&T Bank a good bank Relatively low rates for CDs and deposits. also, it allows linking and withdraws to bank accounts with a different name with PP, most of the banks usually don't allow with mismatch names. send your query to the customer support team or walk into the bank to resolve your doubts. bb&t address is pinned here you can check with this.
