Removing & Adding Bank Accounts
 

Ok so I am at the point on my paypal account where they are asking for tax id & etc so I've just been draining my money off the account & sending it to my bank. I want to know if once I completely drain the account if I can remove the bank from said account? & if I can will I be able to add it to another PayPal account without any problems? Also can PayPal have access to a bank if it has been removed / do they have your personal information from that bank account?

NO once pp has linked bank account number to that pp account it will always be linked ..
You do know that after the 1st of the year it will unlock and you can sell on it again ..
And even if they lock it because you didnt provide a ssn / ein you still can withdraw money out of it ..
Never reuse any info from pp to pp it just dont work like that ..

The rule of thumb is, assume the information is never deleted and never reuse info. A lot of people run into trouble because they try to figure out a work-around.
