Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of paypal accounts.
 

Just tried to add bank of america savings that has not been used at all for sure no doubt and it gave me this message:

"Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of paypal accounts."

Any ideas? Should I consider the bank account and/or the paypal account burned?

The ebay account that was connected got 0/0 but then I sold a $90 used electronic elsewhere with paypal and its asking me to verify so i put bank info and it said this message.

Now I tried instant verification and no luck.

The PayPal isn't burned, When did you open the Savings Account? best to use a Checking Account

both checking and savings were opened 2-3 months ago. they had negative because monthly fee but i paid to zero then added to stealths. checking worked fine on other stealth but savings said this. i thought the goal was open 4-5 accounts per bank including savings.

The max should be 4-5....doesn't mean you gotta open 4-5 at the same time.

right but can you get 4-5 checking at most banks or are you just saying checkings are just the best and sometimes things like this happen on savings? ive never had this happen yet and i used like 5-7 savings so far at different banks. first boa savings though.

think ill be able to add a vba?

I use BOA savings, no issues.

I use BOA savings for some accounts and have never had an issue. You might want to make sure theres a balance in there of at least a dollar, even if doing instant verification. It may have something to do with your 0 balance, not sure.

Are you saying checking is better than savings for connecting to PP in the banks eyes?

If I was to guess, I would assume a checking account looks better to PP as well.

I'm about 98% sure at this point in my experimenting that PP cant tell if you add a savings account and say its checking.

Anyone have a defiant answer on this?

Nate, any time I add a savings, I never indicate that its a savings. Got better things to do!

Rsot, so d you think I can add the real savings account later? I mean this one I already tried and had issues with?

It doesn't matter if you specify checking or savings or not...paypal still knows if it is a checking or savings. Look at your wallet...it will say right there if it is checking or savings. "Bank of America -1234 Savings" or whatever.

The way I see it is like this, depending on the bank....if a lot of cash is flowing into your Savings...The bank may flag it and start to get nosy....on the other hand, the bank wants you to deposit into your checking and isn't going to question you why there are deposits being made (unless u use a bank that doesn't like mismatch name deposits).

Please how are you able to create different variations of your name to use with multiple paypal accounts without paypal linking them together? I mean I read the stealth book and it suggested something like changing your real name from Robert Edward to something like Bob Edward; there's but so much variations and nickname one can come up with. It also advised against misspelling your real name. Can you superimpose another name altogether like Henry Edward or Chris Edward for example, will that get you flagged by the bank? Also how about those of us with really unique last names, how can we pull off the whole mismatching thing without getting limited? I also have two business bank accounts, and would like to find out if banks will be ok with deposits addressed to an individual name instead of the registered name of my business. For example if my paypal name is John Edward but my registered business bank account name is Bobobo Consulting INC, will this be a problem? Thanks for your advice.
