if you do so never connect paypal to ebay as new account leave the old attached.
just attach the paypal to the selling item.
it will getting restricted but we never know the real reason.

i had one ebay account gone already because i changed the IP and they sold to a scammer ... then i had a message from ebay iam affiliated with somebody else this dude had 55 negative feedbacks.
7 paypals under that account
only 5 paypal gets limited for different reason ...(IP) ect..
5 still up but ebay gone.

We do know the reason.... Your getting linked

Just because your not linking the eBay to the PayPal via the 'link PayPal' button and just entering the PayPal address in the auctions check out doesn't mean that they are link free. They are still linked.
