Open eBay account on other country with israeli phone

Hello guys,
I want to open eBay account on other country with VPS,
I want to ask if there is problem to use Israeli phone number and Israeli credit card for account in other country?

For ebay only? Best to have a local phone number. Credit card you use will have to match stealth address, that's why we use VCC

If youre opening the account in a country other than Israel you will not be able to use the Israeli phone number. Plenty of ways to get phone numbers in other countries though.
And as mentioned above - a VCC is your best solution for the credit card situation.

Google is your friend.
You can also try Sonetel.

I want to create account from other country, Israel its a bad country for eBay, recently they limited accounts for every seller in Israel for 100 items and $500
