new mobile advice

I have a new mobile number that has never had the number on my banned ebay account but I do have the paypal app for the paypal thats connected to my suspended ebay.

what can I do before I get a stealth account to use the mobile number as my main contact number
or do I need to get a burner?

If the number has been previously added to ebay or a paypal then you wont be able to add it to another account.

You can a new sim from amazon for 1p.
