Cheaper method than tracfone?
 

I've been looking for a cheaper method to pass the phone verification for ebay and paypal other than Tracfone. After learning that google voice is no longer an option.

I've spent 14 dollars getting a phone from Wallgreens (cheapest one in my area).
And 11 dollars for getting an airtime plan.

Thats 25 bucks each time per account. That's not an insane amount of money..but it does add up. Is there any other alternative method that is just as efficient but cheaper?

On the tracfone you can change the number 4 times for free.
So that cuts the cost to only 20% of that.
