I know gmail does not. If you have a gvoice account you could lose your number if you dont use it for a year.
No idea about yahoo. Have you tried googling for this info?

does yahoo close inactive accounts

If you rarely use your account, it will go into an inactive state and then be deleted. You can prevent this by signing in to your account using any device at least once every 12 months.
