^^^^^I use to use walmart phone numbers in case someone called so they'd be like.... uh... nah they're not here. but then they started requiring that phone verification...

No, I meant buy one from Walmart. For me, it's just a matter of walking a few blocks. For others (outside US), might have to buy online and wait for delivery. This is assuming the non-US person wants a US number.

^^^^most prepaids don't work outside the us. and to confirm location cells don't usually work anyway.
