PayPal phone verification
Hey there, guys.
I purchased a stealth account a while ago and received funds with it but now my money's stuck. About a week ago, I tried transferring the money out but was asked to verify my number, which isn't very viable as the guy who created the account no longer had access to that number. I took the number off, subscribed to Hushed and added a new number. Still couldn't transfer my funds out.
Called PayPal—with my Hushed number—spoke to a rep who asked me to add a checking account to my account. I'm yet to do that but my attempts at transferring a small sum out today leads me to the phone verification page. AGAIN. And even though I've verified my number, it doesn't list the number as the recipient for the text but instead asks me to add a number. If I add my number—the same one on the account now, verified—it says it isn't registered in my name.
Any help with this? I'm losing sleep over this at this point.
Will adding a VBA solve it? Calling CC again?
