okay may be I didn't yet have a GVOICE Account with 1 year inactivity and therefore did not notice that. So your advice is good. Thanks for that!


Yes it's easy to identify VOIP Use, but VOIP use is not forbidden under actual Paypal Terms. May be that's the next coming. Also GVOICE is not the only one VOIP Provider. They are many legitimate uses of VOIP, one of them is cost reduction (used by many companies for example).
So I don't see PAYPAL banning VOIP Numbers.

Hi! Looking for a person who can make a phone number to display in the base of CNAM. My GVoice is blocked and I can not withdraw money from the balance

paypal new security standards,

you can only use a phone number once or twice to a paypal account in terms of cnam.......

after that it defaults to say phone number not registered to your name......even though it clearly shows it registered in the name........

security team put a limit....

in a way they blacklist the number............

I’ve ran into this issue several times, generally after PayPal says # not registered in your name I proceed & try again, usually PayPal ends up calling the GV # & I get the message “You have verified your information”. Occasionally this does not work but if I wait a few days it now has the Google voice number in the system, I get a call, or text, and it works just fine. I’ve never had an issue where it did not work over a short period of time, or week or two.
