Mobile Phone Hotspot Question
 

Here we go:

1. Used to have an iPhone 6
2. That iPhone 6 was used to access my suspended ebay account
3. The account was accessed using the ebay mobile app but NOT the mobile hot spot
4. I recently upgraded to a new iPhone 8 Plus on the same cellular account
5. I have not installed or used the ebay mobile app on this new phone
6. I have not accessed ANY ebay accounts on this new phone
7. The mobile hot spot on the new phone has a different password

My question:

Is there a risk of having my real account and stealth account linked using a new phone on the same cellular account? This has been answered, but I wanted to make absolutely sure.

The reason I ask is because I have a MiFi I purchased off ebay, but it's TERRIBLY slow. The mobile hot spot on my phone is a lot faster and I would use it solely for my ebay stealth account.
