Will Twilio work

I've been using tracfone but wanted to see if anyone knows if twilio work for phone verification on a stealth account. It's basically phone forwarder but never tried it with eBay ppal. Thanks!

Hey everyone, thanks! Yeah I been a quite bystander for a couple years now, just wanted to see how I could scale the account creation process with a different method than I been using. Just going through the new online stealth guide and plan to get more involved on here. Thanks for the help I will check out that other thread.

I also intrested in this. Stuggling to find real mobile phone number to verify my paypal. its my persoanal account and its already verified with home and work phones. Bt still i wnt to verify with usa mobile number. I am outside us so i am unable to use tracphone :(
