Canadian needs phone number for paypal and microsoft mail verification
 

I need a phone number service that works for Canadians to verify paypal and microsoft email. (which im locked out of a bunch right now that all of a sudden want to text me verification codes)

Ive tried tons of online numbers and services that i guess are not real numbers for verification.

I have read through the forum and tried most ideas and non worked

Try textnow.com app or web site , works great but you have to keep your number available

No. It doesn't work. It has to be a phone registered to the owner. Where to get one?

Wrong.
A cellphone cannot be confirmed as registered to a specific name. When you get such an error message on paypal it is simply a generic error message that they offer to throw you off.
As for numbers - yes you can use a few free services for paypal to get the number linked but for Microsoft youll probably need a real number. There are several burner phone types you can buy in Canada for a low price. Id suggest trying one of those.
