I need phoene verification for a old limited pp account
The original phone number on the account is from textnow and it got expired
I would apprciate some can help me to verify account (to pass withdrawal security check)

I'm also having the same issue.
got the account limited, verified it, but still, security check. It has a change button though.

I am having the same issue, don't know what these paypal ****ty programmers are doing, recently a lot of issues for security check.
I want to change phone number, but it won't allow me, keep saying number not registered, but there is no way for me to get in to change phone number, I just got stuck.

@the US-flag users, why can't you get a Tracfone or so? Are you even in the US?

so today they provided a way of confirming the code via email.
and it worked :)

I don't know but maybe you should try limiting the account, then providing the docs and when thy release it maybe that option may appear.

Yes, just wait for a few days, get in again, the nonsense phone number challenge is gone, then change the number to something I have access to.

Strange though, these non-talented programers claim this kind of "nonsense annoying thing" "Security" ... I've seen better.

I have found a great and lifetime solution for you.
You can use easily GV to verify everything with US phone number. It's totally free and lifetime accessed.

what about apps like Pinger / Text free ? do those work ? I heard tracphone helps as well ... need to make a new ebay AND paypal account so any help would be aappreciated

You can use google voice number. Also you can use textnow usa phone number to verify paypal, ebay etc.
