Paypal US phone verification

HI,

I bought US ebay and paypal accont last year, but I lived in Indonesia, I am using proxy to access my account. Now paypal want to verify US phone number, I can't add indonesia phone number.
Where I could buy the new phone number to add ? Because I can't contact the seller that sell the paypal account. Please help, thank you
