Paypal US phone verification

Hi,

I have been try add phone number to log in my US paypal, using google voice not working, it said not registered by my name. Also try several sms services, not working also.

I can't contact the seller of account, he is been not online for 1 year. Anyone could help or sell the number that could verify / log in to my paypal ? thank you

There's a three month delay after adding the number before PP accepts it.

No way to accelerate this as I understand it. It's a security measure.

That's what I thought too, but people are saying it takes up to 3 months lately, I want to say phaz0orz mentioned that just the other day...
