eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Looking for UAE mobile number

It is a legal requirement in many countries, such as Australia, as well as some countries in Asia, where they can only issue sims when you provide government ID.

Getting a hold sims from these countries is very difficult, if not impossible.

You can create the account using an overseas number, it’s just not a strong account

If there's no way to change that country code, then its not possible. Some countries let you use another number though. Not surprised UAE isn't one of them. They are a lot more locked off.

Must not be possible with the UAE in that case

Really your over complementing things by not just using PayPal in your own country or at least one of the other major companies

No real major advantage to a UAE PayPal

21 day hold is rough for dropshippers with no cash on hand then :( true
