do ebay/paypal care that your phone # is not local?
 

I mean, for example, we're military. It's quite normal for us to have out of state cell phone numbers. Lots of people have out of state numbers vs. where they live. Does this raise a flag for ebay or paypal?

Maybe not in a short run. If you have out of state cell phone numbers, I would recommend better use a phone forwarding service, get a in-states number from them, then link forward to ur cell.

How about this? Is it a Red Flag?
 

Obviously my IP address comes up as being in my state, but how about a phone number (and maybe even address) in another state right across the border...like the Quad Cities in Iowa and Illinois or Fargo, ND and Moorehead, MN?
I list stuff in the neighboring state for a friend and would like a phone number there.
