eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Phone Number for Paypal and WhatsApp

I am in need of 2 phone numbers:
1st (USA) i want to use for Whatsapp (I learnt Google phone doesnt work)
2nd (Ireland) I want to use to verify a New Stelth Paypal.

Of the Paypal phone in case I have to hire/rent it, how long do I need to have the phone? Will I just verify with it and all is ok, Paypal wont be calling or texting me afterwards?

PayPal can text you at a later date - Often they wont but it is always possible that they will so ideally you want to keep the number active.

Also a second one I can use for whatsapp verification (from any country in Europe or America)
