Can not receive OTP code from Amazon

Hi
I register new Amazon buyer account to request an invitation for Merch by Amazon. I used comcast phone number to verification but I did not receive OTP code from Amazon.
I have read Ghost Amazon book and know how to prepare for Ghost Account.
I run new VM and use new info.
Is Amazon system error?
Have anyone experientd about that problem?

They have close some Voip service to received SMS from Amazon.

You need to try a real number

And the same problem for google voice.
But I still could use textnow number for Amazon.
