Using an International Phone Number
 

Hello,

I am a US citizen but I live abroad and I move around regularly. My flagged account used a US skype number with my home areas zip code. Outside the US is pretty easy to pick up new sim cards which come with new phone numbers. I am concerned using a number like this could cause some issues.

1. Will using an international phone number for a US account verification cause any red or yellow flags?

2. Because I move from place to place, country to country, I can get a sim with a new number in Country A, but once I leave country A and go to Country B C D etc, that sim is useless and I will likely never have that phone number again. After the verification process is there any reason I would need to still have that original number available?

3. If I get verified with a new phone number, can I still call ebay with a number that has been flagged? Or is that a big no no? It wouldn't be linked to the account at all it would just be a number calling them, of course I would be calling about my stealth account so if they can see the number I am calling I could see that maybe being an issue?

4. Are there any issues with using the same physical phone to get verified with? Its just the number that is a concern correct? I only have one cell phone and getting pre-paid phones isn't really a thing in the part of the world I am in.
