Verify Google Voice # without using phone?

I have a google voice number that expired, and I need to verify my phone number to re-activate a new phone number for google voice.

Does anybody know of any good free online services for text verification? I cant use my real phone number because its already been used for gvoice.

Its voip number so it will not be any good or useful than google voice for ebay..

I've successfully used the "burner app" numbers to verify multiple GV numbers, the only downside is that they cost a couple bucks per line.

No free services work for this purpose. Google has pretty much blacklisted them all.
